The views from the hotel are just amazing. i was upgraded, and this upgrade provided a separate pool. the restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. i found the courtesy bus convenient. It runs frequently to the town square.

The walls seemed thin. I could sometimes hear corridor noise.

poor isolationchilly air conditioning

i found a few things less than stellar. the noise isolation was not great. i could hear hallway chatter and housekeeping early each morning. the air conditioning only cooled the room, and i would have liked to heat it (it was a bit chilly).

the staff in the restaurant looked after us well each night at dinner they were cute and friendly

the room lacked sufficient power outlets i only found a couple available charging multiple devices became problematic the bathroom tiles were also slippery and the shower screen allowed water to spill onto the floor after each shower these issues require addressing to improve guest safety and convenience

the bay of naples views were very nice i had breakfast with that beautiful view every morning. the outdoor areas were very well maintained the gardens always looked perfect. the hotel provided transport to the town that was a welcome facility

the reception staff were not always friendly i felt some were abrupt at check in. the shuttle service only ran once an hour waiting one hour is a long time. the resort fee was an additional cost
